Makers Market for Kids: Application & Free Event

Does your child have a creative business idea or an existing craft hobby? Maybe jewelry, soaps, candles, potholders, slime, crochet animals, artwork, or something else? Our new Makers Market for Kids is intended to create a fun opportunity for kids in our community to show off their talents, develop real-life skills, and earn money for their creations. 

We hope to fill our downtown Middleton studio with future creative small business owners and their awesome handmade creations! All sales made during the event will be kept by the kids :) Space is limited, so apply to be a vendor today at the link below.

Applications are due by March 14, and you will be notified by March 17 if your child has been selected to participate. We hope to fill our studio with vendors in both age groupings. Help your child bring us their best creative ideas! 

Participation requirements:

• We are offering two age ranges: 6-9 or 10-13. Ages are firm. 
• Kids are responsible for making and selling their products with minimal adult assistance.
  
• There is no fee to apply! Once selected, parents will register their child for a $25 workshop, which provides a special prep day on May 3 for the market. 
• Your child must be available to sell items at the market on Saturday, May 17th from 10am-12pm (ages 6-9) or 2-4pm (ages 10-13) to participate.
